Luke Tatum and the Dummy Corporation: A spy game with a twist Episode 53

The Dummy Corp game inspired by a real life moment

Luke Tatum returns to the show. He’s started a very neat digital game project which he’ll tell us more about. It has spies and espionage and the CIA and government and fried chicken.
Luke and I talk about some of the key aspects of the game, how interested people can help Luke’s team see the game to fruition and them we get a bit more philosophical in our day to day things which seem to mirror some of what the game will include. Luke also has a book recommendation I went out and purchased. It is very much worth it.

Music to her ears

Have you ever seen a piano left in public for anyone able to play?  It’s a real treat when someone trained enough-and brave enough-to play does play.  Youtube even has dozens of videos of people, sometimes professionals, playing the piano in a bar or an airport.  It really is a joy to watch.

Music is a language that requires no translator and the payment of smiles is universally accepted.

Language, especially when a foreign traveler is addressed in his native language, is music to the listener’s ears.

Culture at your fingertips

Whether you are traveling or working with multicultural people or simply want to expand your horizons, learning, and speaking a new language can be a great asset.

Learning a foreign language also solidifies your native language.
