Gastrinome, heal thyself

Sometimes the foods we eat eat back.  Inflammation and irritation and can be from our diet.  Learning which foods cause these issues is the first step to wellness.

Dr. Rima discusses some of the foods which caused her intense pain and how, after eliminating that from her diet, that pain went away.  We discuss some rather new terms in food, photonutrients, antinutrients and anthocyanin, the purple color of red onions and eggplant.  What does eating the rainbow do for our wellness?  Listen to Dr Rima explain.
