Exercise seems like a 4-letter word sometimes.  If it isn’t fun, you’re less inclined to keep at it.  Brad Williams has owned gyms, now a gym, and is a personal trainer, so he knows something about how hard it is to keep at it.  For us normal folks, Mr Universe training simply is not going to happen. Fine dining, granny’s recipe roadmap to the past and body fat like you’ve never thought of it.

There were a few different items I found this week.  All food related, but each very different.  The world’s best restaurant is closing, sorta.  Food is a picture of where we come from.  Body fat isn’t the terrible thing we think it is.  That’s amazing to consider, I know.
