Mike Maharrey, senior communications director for the Tenth Amendment Center, has a new book, Constitution Owner’s Manual, which we discuss.

Nearly everyone knows about Philadelphia and the convention there. But fewer know each state held a ratifying convention and fewer still know that the ratification was pretty close. Not the rubber stamp high school lead you to think.

Mike shares some insights on how we should think about the Constitution as well as reminds us from whom the general government obtains its power.
