Home made sourdough, the real deal, is easy to make.  There’s a few days time frame, but the yeast does most of the work.  A little mixing once a day and you’re on your way.

Get your bake on and start a sourdough seed.  It’s worth it for the great bread, the smiles, and the aroma.
