Mustard comes in an endless variety of styles. From the yellow hot dog mustard to Grey Poupon (you read that in the old man voice, didn’t you?), mustard adds zip and flavor.  When you make your own mustard, you control what that flavor is and what the texture is.  And, you get a better product.
