Jessica Setnick on the 4 factors that can lead to eating disorders Episode 237

When does a food preference turn to an eating disorder?  Is it really a disorder?

Jessica Setnick is a detective and a psychologist as well as a nutritionist.  That’s a lot of hats, but she needs them to help her clients find out how and why food is interfering with a normal-ish life.  No two clients are the same so the quest is always interesting.  Oh, and she really doesn’t like the term eating disorder.  That’s what everyone understands, but she has a better phrase.
