Find your freedom in the garden and the pressure canner

In the middle of winter canning the bounty of the garden is not high on the list of things to prepare to do. But, getting some of our space in order, our gear in place and some basic knowledge of what is needed, aside from the food, is a good plan and for that, it is never too early to prepare.

Our talk turns from food to liberty which, as it happens, has a direct link to food.  Liberty has many links in our lives but we focus on this one, what we can do to wrest ourselves free a bit from regulation and enjoy the fruits of our bounty.
