Episode 68: Food trends to say goodbye and hello to 2019-2020

An un-comprehensive list of the best and worst of food 2019-2020

Food trends come and go.  Guessing what will win and evaluating what did win is entertaining but not really useful.  Almost as fun and useless as predicting what will be the rage.

Alas, such activities are curious and I’m not above being curious.  But, after the rubber necking is over, what remains is we’ve plates to fill and bodies to nourish.

There’s a better way than copying the trends and that’s the part I focus on after the circus of clairvoyance is over.
