It looks easy.  Grab some of this and some of that, toss in the pan, flip a bit and TaDA!, done.  Well, there’s a lot that had to happen to get there and that is prep.  Prep makes cooking on autopilot possible, but not effortless.

I go over some tips to get you closer to autopilot, and also hope to show you that trying to be a restaurant cook at home might be a standard that’s a bit out of reach.
