About This Site

The Culinary Libertarian is the home of my blogging and podcasting efforts.

I want to make cooking and baking possible and take the scary away.  I am convinced everyone can cook and bake, but we need to have reasonable expectations to start with.

Podcasting let’s me talk with, and share that talk.  Cooking, ingredients and food policy are some main topics my guests and I discuss.

There are more than a few food and cooking and ingredient sites, but I’ve picked these to share with you.
