This takes about a week to make, but once you've got it, use as Anisette.
Combine both ingredients in a pan. Bring slowly to a boil and once it boils, remove from heat. Cool.
Grind the seeds in a mortal and pestle and steep in the vodka for 1 week. Shake the bottle twice a day.
After 1 week, strain the vodka, add the simple syrup and place it in a sealable bottle.
